Welcome to Stondon Community Centre!
Located in the heart of Stondon, Bedfordshire — just a few miles north of Hitchin — Stondon Community Centre is a welcoming hub for local life, bringing people together for events, activities and celebrations of all kinds.
Opened in April 2025, the Community Centre is at the centre of village life, providing a modern, flexible space for the community to connect, meet and celebrate.
Available all year round, Stondon Community Centre can be hired by regular groups or for one-off events, offering a wide range of facilities suitable for everything from meetings and classes to parties and larger community events.
Our facilities include:

A spacious Main Hall, which can be divided into two smaller areas
(capacity: up to 150 standing or 120 seated) -
A Function Room ideal for meetings and smaller groups
(capacity: up to 50 seated) -
Home, Away and Officials changing rooms

A commercial kitchen with direct access to the Main Hall

A bottle bar serving both the Function Room and Main Hall

On-site parking for 35 vehicles, including 4 electric vehicle charging points

An additional overflow car park nearby for up to 25 vehicles
